Terms of service.
These terms describe use of the 2Duct software and website. 2Duct is a brand operated by Arbër Shllaku. For questions, contact info@2duct.com.
What you receive
2Duct is a plugin for supported Autodesk AutoCAD versions. A purchase grants you a personal or business-use license for the plan and number of devices shown at checkout. It is a license to use the software, not a transfer of the software’s ownership or intellectual-property rights. Autodesk AutoCAD is a separate product and is not included.
Plans and activation
Monthly and annual licenses remain available while the corresponding subscription is active. A lifetime license is a one-time purchase for ongoing use of the purchased 2Duct license, subject to these terms. The device limit is one or three PCs, as selected at purchase. Activation requires the license key and the purchase email. Do not publish or share your key. Contact us if you need help replacing a device.
Payments and renewals
Displayed base prices are in euros. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payments, invoices and subscription management. Monthly and annual plans renew until cancelled; the renewal details are shown in Paddle’s checkout and purchase email. You can cancel using Paddle’s management link in the purchase email or through Paddle buyer support.
Updates and compatibility
Current supported AutoCAD versions and plan features are shown on the product and pricing pages. Subscription plans include product updates while the plan is active. A perpetual purchase includes one year of product updates from the purchase date. After that, continuing to use the installed version does not require renewal. Further updates are optional at €49 per year per licensed PC (€49 for a 1-PC license or €147 for a 3-PC license), with no automatic charge. A perpetual purchase does not guarantee compatibility with every future AutoCAD release. We may make changes needed for security, compatibility or reliability.
Acceptable use
You may not resell or distribute your license key, bypass device limits, tamper with licensing, or use 2Duct in violation of applicable law. You remain responsible for checking engineering calculations, design decisions and drawings before relying on them in a project.
